Ethan has this enormous belly button protruding out. The seniors at home said that it was due to the constant crying resulting in excessive "wind" getting into his stomach. Whilst others said that the belly button was not thoroughly cleansed when the umbilical cord was "disconnected" from the belly button.
His mommy is still trying to apprehend what is the real explanation behind it.......

It's probably a bit late but my friend was stabbed in the stomach (actually his belly button) and it got infected and look exaclty like this, I'm not sure if that helps at all.
